Tottenham Hotspur will look to get their first points of the new Premier League season when they take on Nottingham Forest at the City Ground tomorrow.
Roberto De Zerbi‘s side have lost each of their first two games in the competition this season, although they secured a thumping 5-1 win against Charlton Athletic in the second round of the Carabao Cup to ease the pressure.
The Lilywhites have made ten new signings and a lot of them are still getting up to speed, while their injury woes are well documented.
However, ahead of the game against Forest, the Italian provided an injury update that will come as music to the ears of the Tottenham faithful.
Full Tottenham squad trained ahead of Forest clash
James Maddison has struggled with an injury since the back end of last season, while Savio missed the game against Newcastle United due to muscle fatigue.
When asked about injuries, De Zerbi claimed both players are back, while every member of the Tottenham squad is taking part in training.
“They are all available to play,” said the Italian in his pre-match press conference.
“Normally Maddison started yesterday with us, but the other players are all good. Savio is back.”
Tottenham will name a strong starting XI for the game tomorrow and will look to get their new season up and running with a positive result.
