Tottenham Hotspur are currently 1-0 up at half-time vs Sydney FC thanks to an absolute worldie from Mathys Tel.
In their first pre-season game against MK Dons, Mateus Fernandes opened his account for his new team with a fantastic strike from outside the box to announce himself to the fans.
Roberto De Zerbi – much like the previous game against Auckland FC – fielded a young team with Archie Gray as captain.
And Tel wasted no time in showing his class as his stunning free-kick remains the difference between the two sides at the Allianz Stadium.

Martin Dubravka was the only new signing in the starting XI, with Andy Robertson and Sandro Tonali on the bench.
Yesterday, there were reports that Mateus Fernandes picked up an injury, but Alasdair Gold poured cold water over those claims.
The Portuguese midfielder, however, wasn’t in the match-day squad, presumably because De Zerbi wants to ease his players into the fold.
Tel showed his class during the back end of last season and was at it once again as he launched a stunning free kick into the top corner of the net.
As seen above in the video, his goal truly was a thing of beauty. Tottenham are expected to make a raft of changes after the interval, with Robertson likely to make his debut for the club.
