Tottenham transfer news as ‘medical done’ for £75m signing

Tottenham Hotspur are reeling from their 3-0 defeat to Brentford as the Bees gave them a harsh reality check on the opening weekend of the Premier League season.

The Lilywhites looked toothless in attack, especially, which has been an area of the pitch they have failed to address in the summer transfer window so far.

However, all that could be about to change in the coming days as Paul O’Keefe has provided a transfer update that Tottenham fans have been waiting for for several weeks now.

Savinho completes Tottenham medical

Earlier this week, Fabrizio Romano confirmed on X that Tottenham will sign Savinho for a fee believed to be in the region of £75m after drawn-out negotiations with Manchester City.

And now, as seen in the post below, O’Keefe has confirmed that the Brazilian international has completed his medical.

This is great news for Tottenham as they have finally got the deal over the line, with Savinho expected to take his place on the right wing in the upcoming weeks.

Roberto De Zerbi’s side are also in talks to sign Omar Marmoush from Manchester City, with the Egyptian set to follow Savinho to North London.

The Brentford defeat was sobering, to say the least, but these two signings will give Tottenham fans something to cheer about as they look ahead to their next Premier League clash against Newcastle United.
