Last week, Tottenham Hotspur completed two notable sales as Djed Spence and Cristian Romero departed the club.
While Romero’s drawn-out transfer saga finally ended with him joining Atletico Madrid, Spence earned himself a deserved move to Inter Milan after a fantastic showing at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Roberto De Zerbi is expected to fine-tune his squad further, so a few other players could leave.
Guglielmo Vicario has already played his last game for the club and has been the subject of transfer interest from Italy for a while now.
And Fabrizio Romano says the Bianconeri will make an official offer for him shortly.
Guglielmo Vicario in talks to leave Tottenham
Juventus were earlier in talks to sign Emi Martinez from Aston Villa, which would have ended any chance of signing the Tottenham man this summer.
However, they are out of the race to sign Martinez for now and have made another move for Vicario.
Romano wrote on X: “Juventus will offer a loan deal with a buy option clause not mandatory for Guglielmo Vicario.
“Negotiations to advance today with Spurs. Personal terms are agreed.”
Personal terms have already been agreed, which shows Vicario wants the move. However, Tottenham will want to make sure there is a mandatory buy option attached as a direct loan doesn’t benefit them in any way.
