Tottenham Hotspur have made quite a few sales in recent weeks and it appears as if they are close to confirming another one.
Earlier this week, we relayed claims on Read Tottenham that West Ham are in talks to sign Manor Solomon.
However, for a brief moment, it looked like the deal would fall through after a lot of backlash from the Hammers faithful.
But now, the Israeli attacker has agreed a deal to sign for the Championship club.
Manor Solomon agrees Tottenham departure
Fabrizio Romano has delivered the ‘here we go’ for Solomon to West Ham United.
He wrote on X: “EXCL: Manor Solomon to West Ham, here we go! Deal agreed now and medical booked tomorrow.
“£5m fixed fee, £2m add-ons to Tottenham. All approved by THFC, Solomon to sign a 3-year deal at WHUFC plus option until June 2030.”
Solomon played just five games for Tottenham since joining the club from Fulham on a free transfer. Unless something goes wrong with his medical, he will become a West Ham player in the coming days.
For the Lilywhites, that isn’t the best fee in the world, but they’ll take it considering they signed Solomon for free and that he was never going to be part of Roberto De Zerbi’s thinking.
