As the building of Tottenham’s new stadium begins to gather pace, Spurs are already looking forward to where they are going to play for a season as a large part of White Hart Lane has to be demolished in order for the new stadium to be completed.

According to the Telegraph, one of these options could be to play at Wembley for a season, although this would come with a hitch, as they would have to groundshare with London neighbours Chelsea who are themselves looking to relocate whilst they upgrade their current home, Stamford Bridge.
With both sides needing to relocate, Spurs and Chelsea will need to find temporary homes and Wembley is the only viable option if they both want to stay in London, as West Ham begin their Olympic Stadium tenancy next season.

Tottenham and chairman Daniel Levy know that if it came down to a bidding process in order to play at Wembley for a season, they could comfortably be outbid by Chelsea, hence why they are so keen to look at striking a deal with the West London club.
If Chelsea on the other hand, were to get their preferred agreement for exclusive use for three seasons whilst Stamford Bridge is being updated and upgraded, it would mean that Tottenham could be potentially be playing as far away as Milton Keynes, at the Stadium:MK, which would be an unpopular move for Tottenham supporters who would face a long commute in order to reach their ‘home’ games in Milton Keynes.
Will Levy manage to secure an agreement with Chelsea or will Abramovich blow them out of the water leaving them playing their home games in Milton Keynes?
