Tottenham Hotspur take on Coventry City later today as they look for their first Premier League win of the season.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side have actually played quite well in recent weeks but don’t have the points to show for their performances.
However, they need points on the board immediately and are the only winless side left in the competition this season.
Chris Sutton feels that is about to change as he predicted De Zerbi’s side to finally get three points on the board today.
Chris Sutton predicts 2-1 Tottenham win
“Tottenham will be fresh from their training camp in Marbella and we are about to find out if it worked,” wrote Sutton in his column for the BBC.
“If they don’t beat Coventry and get their first win of the season, then they will probably have to go back out there next week as well.
“Being serious, they do look like they are improving already and they played well against Manchester United last week.
“Coventry are a dangerous counter-attacking team, and their pace in forward areas will cause problems, but this is going to be Tottenham’s night.”
It’s still early doors, but another game without a win will really pile the pressure on De Zerbi, so let’s hope the boys come to the fore at home today.
