Tottenham want to sign striker who has already impressed Jurgen Klopp

Tottenham Hotspur are rooted to the bottom of the Premier League standings after a torrid start to the new season.

Roberto De Zerbi’s side have failed to get going despite splashing the cash on ten new signings.

However, they are expected to add to their squad further in the upcoming transfer windows.

Tottenham could do well with another striker to provide cover and competition for Dom Solanke, especially with Richarlison frozen out of the squad.

And now, reports from England confirm that they are keeping tabs on a German striker.

Tottenham monitoring Younes Ebnoutalib

According to TEAMtalk, as relayed by Caught Offside, Tottenham are keeping tabs on Younes Ebnoutalib.

The striker has delivered a string of impressive performances at the start of the new season and has also been capped by Germany after Jurgen Klopp convinced him to represent them over Morocco.

Ebnoutalib is also wanted by Everton and Brighton and could be on the move in January despite joining Eintracht Frankfurt earlier this year.

It goes without saying that Tottenham could do well with a new striker. And if Ebnoutalib carries on in the same vein, don’t be surprised to see the Lilywhites launch a move for him at some point in 2027.
