After an incredible spending spree in the summer transfer window, it hasn’t been the ideal start to the new season for Tottenham Hotspur.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side signed as many as ten new players as the Italian overhauled the squad that nearly got relegated last season.
However, they have started the current season with two defeats and a draw, most recently playing out a 0-0 stalemate vs Nottingham Forest.
And after the game, Gabby Agbonlahor has singled out Omar Marmoush, Savio and Mathys Tel for criticism.

He said via talkSPORT: “Savio – 31 appearances in the Premier League and Champions League last season, one goal, two assists.
“Marmoush – three goals in 29 appearances in the Premier League and Champions League last season.
“Don’t get me started on Tel, after that free kick a couple of weeks ago [against Newcastle].
“They haven’t got the quality. It’s alright spending this big money on Manchester City rejects who aren’t goalscorers. What do you expect?”
Savio wasn’t half bad at the City Ground and has already scored for the club. However, Tel was frustrating to say the least and kept making the wrong decision in the final third.
As for Marmoush, he missed a glorious chance to score and was kept at bay by the Forest defenders, so he has a lot of work to do to lead the line for the club.
