Tottenham Hotspur have been one of the most active clubs during the ongoing summer transfer window.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side have already completed eight new signings and are in talks to sign Iliman Ndiaye from Everton to complete their squad, with Richarlison expected to travel in the opposite direction.
In terms of outgoings, a lot could happen before the deadline as players on the fringes of the squad are expected to move on.
And after weeks of speculation, it finally appears as if Pape Matar Sarr has agreed a deal to sign for Juventus.
Pape Sarr to leave Tottenham for Juventus
Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the young midfielder will join the Serie A giants on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.
He wrote on X: “EXCL: Juventus agree deal to sign Pape Matar Sarr, here we go!
“Deal agreed between clubs with Tottenham on an initial loan plus a buy option clause to become mandatory under certain conditions.
“Total package worth €30m fee for THFC. Sarr wanted Juventus; deal now done.”
Sarr initially wanted to remain in the Premier League but looks like he will be headed to Turin, where he will reunite with Guglielmo Vicario.
Good luck for the future, Pape!
