According to City Source, Spurs have struck a deal to bring the highly-rated 21-year-old to North London. The reported £60m fee is understood to consist of an initial £50m, with a further £10m structured as performance-related add-ons.
The report notes that the Brazil international has already agreed to a five-year contract with Tottenham, having successfully finalised his personal terms prior to the Club World Cup. Discussions are also said to be ongoing regarding the inclusion of an option for a further 12 months.
Savinho is expected to travel to Hotspur Way to undergo his medical next week before officially completing his move to Spurs.
The dynamic winger originally joined Manchester City from City Football Group side Troyes in 2024, following a spectacular loan spell at Girona where his performances helped guide the Spanish outfit to a historic Champions League qualification.
During his first season at the Etihad Stadium, Savinho showcased his attacking prowess by registering 10 goals and 14 assists in 48 appearances across all competitions.
Now, it appears he will be bringing that creative flair and end-product to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, providing a massive boost of firepower to Ange Postecoglou’s frontline ahead of the new campaign.
At the time of writing, neither Tottenham nor Manchester City have officially commented on the reported agreement.
