Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly keen on a summer move for Everton’s on-loan midfielder Andre Gomes.
The Daily Star write that Gomes has impressed in the Premier League ever since joining on a season-long loan from Barcelona last summer.
The 25-year-old has made 25 appearances for the Toffees under Marco Silva this term, using his creativity on the ball to orchestrate play from the heart of the midfield.
He joined the Spanish giants for a substantial fee of £47.5m from Valencia in the summer of 2016 but failed to establish himself at the Camp Nou, hence the need to move elsewhere in order to maintain his game time.

Spurs are believed to be long-term admirers of the Portugal international and boss Mauricio Pochettino is hopeful of being allowed more room to manoeuvre in the transfer market come the end of the season.
The North London outfit have not signed a player during the last two transfer windows, with the last addition being Lucas Moura on summer deadline day in 2018.
With Barcelona seemingly willing to let Gomes leave, Spurs could well make that long-awaited signing, but there are sure to be plenty of other clubs interested in his services.
