Tottenham Hotspur will have to stump up £43m if they are to sign Malcom from Barcelona this summer.
FourFourTwo cite El Mundo Deportivo in reporting that the Spanish giants are prepared to sell the winger after a disappointing debut season in La Liga.
Malcom has played just 129 minutes in the league for the Catalans this season after a £37m move from Bordeaux last summer.
Both Spurs and their North London rivals Arsenal have been linked with a move for the Brazilian, who is yet to earn a senior cap for his country.

The 22-year-old has seemingly fallen out of favour with Barca boss Ernesto Valverde, who is keen to offload him before the start of the 2019/20 season.
The winger did score against Real Madrid in last month’s Copa Del Rey semi-final first leg, so has proven that he has the ability to represent the club.
Should he complete a move to Mauricio Pochettino’s side he will be competing with the like of fellow Brazilia Lucas Moura, Erik Lamela and Moussa Sissoko for a starting birth out wide.
