Tottenham Hotspur are hopeful midfielder Harry Winks will have recovered in time to face Liverpool in their next fixture.
That’s according to Football.London, who write that Winks was absent for the club’s warm-weather training trip to Barcelona last week.
The 23-year-old has made 25 Premier League appearances for the club this season, with eight of those coming from the substitutes bench.

However, he missed the 2-1 defeat at struggling Southampton before the international break with a groin problem.
The central midfielder is likely to have been in contention for a place in Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the Euro 2020 qualifiers with Czech Republic and Montenegro.
Instead, he will spend the two weeks working on his rehabilitation with Spurs medical staff at Hotspur Way.
Spurs head to Anfield to take on Liverpool on March 31st and will be aiming to put a roadblock in the Merseyside club’s road to the Premier League title.
