Tottenham are preparing an offer for Dynamo Kiev winger Viktor Tsyhankov.
According to TeamTalk, Tottenham are keen to sign him and are readying a bid for the next transfer window.
The report claims that Liverpool, Barcelona, Manchester City and Manchester United are also scouting Tsyhankov.
The 20-year-old scored 17 goals for Kiev last season, after scoring five the season before.
He has three goals already this campaign and has been capped four times by Ukraine at international level.
The report also claims that Kiev value Tsyhankov at around €18m, which would be within Bayern’s price range.
He has already made 15 appearances across the Europa League and Champions League for Kiev, scoring four goals.
Following their failure to sign players in the summer, Tottenham are keen to improve their squad in the winter window.
