Tottenham have joined the race to sign West Brom forward Oliver Burke in the January transfer window.
According to The Birmingham Mail, Tottenham are keen to sign Burke to strengthen their squad depth for the second half of the season.
Newcastle have been linked with Burke earlier this week, as they also look to add to their team with Premier League survival in mind.
Burke has struggled at West Brom this season, with only one Championship apearance to his name – coming as a substitute.
He has played twice in the League Cup, scoring once and assisting another as he tries to force his way into Darren Moore’s first-team.
Despite his struggles, Tottenham clearly see promise in the young Scotland international and feel like he can bolster their squad going forward. The Champions League side could make a bid as soon as January.
