Barcelona have made Tottenham target Matthijs de Ligt their number one transfer target.
According to Marca, Tottenham are keen on a new central defender and are eyeing De Ligt as their preferred option.
Bayern, Manchester City and Tottenham are all thought to be interested in De Ligt, who has been impressing for Ajax in Holland.
