The Dutch international is currently on the books of AZ Alkmaar but it appears that he is about to leave his homeland to join Mauricio Pochettino’s revolution at White Hart Lane.

The 21-year-old was the top scorer in the Dutch League last season with 27 goals in 34 appearances and fans of the English national team may remember him as the player who scored a penalty and had an assist as Holland defeated Roy Hodgson’s men at Wembley back in March.
Spurs have been linked with numerous strikers this summer as they look to ease the goalscoring burden on Harry Kane.
Whilst the Englishman is clearly the club’s number one striker, he will need to be rested at times and the arrival of Janssen will hopefully allow Pochettino to give his main man a break when necessary.
