There have been many great players that have played for Spurs in the Premier League era, all with varying skill-sets and levels of success. So whittling these down to the five best is very much a difficult task, especially when comparing the struggling sides of the 90’s to the contextually successful ones of recent years.
It is perhaps testament to the standard of players at Tottenham over the years that the likes of Teddy Sheringham, Dimitar Berbatov and Robbie Keane do not make the top five.
This slideshow is, of course, very subjective and some of the omissions and inclusions are sure to cause some level of disagreement. Nevertheless, here are the best five Spurs players in the Premier League era.
