Spurs and Daniel Levy are reportedly about to offer contract extensions to the Belgian trio of Mousa Dembele, Nacer Chadli and Jan Vertonghen, according to The Telegraph.
Spurs have been in great form over the past two to three months and Mauricio Pochettino will be hopeful of keeping his current squad together, which previous managers have failed to do.
With Dembele having only 18 months to go on his contract, his situation is a matter of urgency as the midfielder has been revitalised in recent weeks and is now, once again, a crucial member of the squad.
Chadli and Vertonghen have contracts running until 2018, however, Pochettino will still be anxious to tie the pair down, especially as they are two of the side’s elder statesmen who can offer guidance to the emerging talent at the club.
In addition to this, the club are also reportedly in talks with both Harry Kane and Deli Alli, regarding their contracts.

The English duo have been two of the club’s standout players this season and are quickly becoming the squad’s two most prized assets, so Daniel Levy will be hoping to tie them down to longer contracts to ward off any potential suitors.
The club will be hoping to lock these contracts in before the January transfer window, not only to prevent any outgoings but so they can also focus on improving the squad for the final few months of the season.
