Duo appear in Rangers thrashing

Dominic Ball and Nathan Oduwa played for Rangers as they thrashed Queen of the South 4-0 on Sunday afternoon.

Both started on the bench, but Ball was called into action within half an hour following an injury to captain Lee Wallace, whilst Oduwa came on for the final 34 minutes.

The former was involved in the Gers second goal of the game, winning a penalty soon after the break following a foul by Andy Dowie as he seemed destined to score his first goal for the club.

Mark Warburton’s side remain top of Scottish Championship after the result, having won every game this season.

On Saturday, Grant Ward was a half-time substitute as Rotherham United fell 3-1 to Fulham.

The midfielder was unable to inspire a second-half comeback for The Millers, who remain bottom of The Championship having failed to win a game this season.

There was better news for Connor Ogilive, who played the full game as Stevenage drew 1-1 with Dagenhan & Redbridge, but Shaq Coulthirst was left out of Wigan’s squad once again as they beat Crewe 1-0.
