Spurs Under-18s continued their preparations for the new season as they beat MK Dons 7-0 on Saturday morning.
Marcus Edwards and Ryan Loft struck twice each, while Zenon Stylianides, Keanan Bennetts and Charlie Hayford also hit the target in the side’s latest summer outing.
It took less than a minute for Edwards to open the scoring as he converted from the spot after bring brought down in the box, before Loft converted Chris Paul’s cross with 16 minutes on the clock.
Styliandes fired low into the corner on 37 minutes, before Edwards’ second of the game brought up four just before the half-time break.
Then on the hour mark, Bennetts converted Hayford’s corner to increase the host’s lead, before Loft’s second of the game two minutes later.
The visitors’ misery was compounded seven minutes from the end when Hayford added his name to the list of scorers after winning possession from a central possession.
John McDermott’s side kick-off their Under-18s Barclays Premier League season with a match against Brighton and Hove Albion on August 8.
