Storm Dave is set to ravage parts of the UK over the Easter Weekend, with adverse weather conditions expected to cause widespread disruption.

As a contingency plan, the MET office has issued a weather warning for the upcoming weekend, which could have implications for the sporting calendar.

Tottenham aren’t in FA Cup action, though, having been eliminated by Aston Villa earlier this season.

Roberto De Zerbi’s first game in charge of the club, therefore, will be against Sunderland next weekend as the Lilywhites aim to secure their first Premier League win of 2026 at the Stadium of Light.

Nonetheless, if anyone has travel plans over the long weekend, it is important to take safety precautions as power cuts and travel restrictions may occur.

Dave.Storm.Sport: Are Giving Away £10,000 of Exclusive Experiences, Live Event Tickets & Big Name Memorabilia

We created Dave.Storm (no, honestly the MET office did) to get you to sign up to Dave.Sport when everyone is hearing Dave this, Dave that.

Most startups launch with a limp glass of warm Prosecco and a PowerPoint presentation that makes you want to walk into the sea.

Our partners at Dave.Sport? They somehow created a MET office storm?

The app, built by fans who are fed up with algorithms that think they know better than you. Is officially kicking off with Dave.Storm.Sport. It’s a giveaway so big it’s basically atmospheric.

CEO Daisy Domenghini isn’t under any illusions about the timing, stating: “Not even Jack could make a MET office weather warning look like a planned event. Even though he will try.”

Well, Jack is currently leaning into the wind, and as a result, they are blowing the doors off the Dave.Sport prize cupboard. They’re giving away m £10,000 worth of prizes for just for pre-registering.

Prizes:

Forget a branded keychain; Dave is giving away the stuff you actually care about. Like the app they’re building to give you the news you care about.

LIST UPDATED 8AM 3RD APRIL 2026

• 14x The Golden Ticket Pairs: Including 8x pairs to a 26/27 Premier League fixture, 4x pairs of VIP Summer Festival hospitality cricket tickets, and 2x pairs of 2026 Autumn International Rugby hospitality tickets!

• 10 x “The Wall of Fame” Items: Genuine signed memorabilia from Stowey& TMT Memorabilia from the likes of Beckham, Cantona, Di Canio, CR7, Rice, and Gerrard.

• The Heavy Hitters: Gear signed by the big lads, including AJ, Tyson Fury, Joe Marler, and the boy wonder himself, Luke Littler.

Why Is Everyone Talking About Dave?

The “Dave” philosophy is simple: The algorithm is broken. Instead of being fed what a billionaire in a boardroom thinks you should see, Dave.Sport is built on fan behaviour and your personal choices and decisions. It’s the sports app we actually wanted, minus the corporate fluff and the “buy this” pop-ups.

It’s about putting the power back where it belongs, with you, the fans.

How To Claim Your Prize Draw Ticket:

You don’t have to run a marathon or answer a trick question. To get your name in the hat for the £10k giveaway:

  1. Head to https://dave.sport.
  2. Pre-register for the app before 5 pm this Sunday. 5th April 2026.
  3. Tune in for the “Dave In Conversation LIVE” announcement next week for the live prize draw.

There’s no cash alternative, mostly because a signed Cantona shirt is a far better heirloom than a handful of twenties.

Our advice? Get over to dave.sport now before the wind takes the Wi-Fi out.

T&Cs apply. You must be in the UK or have a UK delivery address to enter this competition. Prizes drawn at random. For the boring legal bits that keep the lawyers happy, email hey@dave.sport.
