Tottenham Player Ratings: West Ham (H)

Well it was a tale of two Tottenham’s in this game. In the first half Spurs had their chances and became increasingly frustrated as they squandered chance after chance. It could be argued that Tottenham have one eye on their Champions League semi-final on Tuesday but their second-half performance was very poor. Credit to West Ham, they came into the game after the break and their attacking line-up really paid off with the pace of both Antonio and Anderson causing problems on the wings.

Eriksen and Alli did show their quality at times during the match but with Son playing in a wider role; Moura off the pace and Llorente poor on the ball Spurs didn’t have that finishing touch in the box. A win today would have almost certainly secured Champions League football for Spurs next season and this result is not ideal to head into their mid-week game with.
