The Players That Link: Bournemouth and Tottenham

Bournemouth welcomed Spurs to Dean Court at lunchtime and there are a number of players that have worn the shirt of both clubs going back to the sixties.

Both clubs have plenty of history but no single player had featured for both clubs until the eighties.

Since then there have been 12 players that have represented both clubs.   From Jimmy Neighbour back in 1966 to Adam Smith of more recent times, there have been a number of players coming through at Spurs and then going on to play for Bournemouth later in their career.  Few have gone the other way.

Some of the players on this list have only featured on loan and were never on a permanent deal and some are hardly household names but everyone on this list has tried their best and played a part, however small, in the history of both clubs.

So, let’s get on with the slideshow and see which 12 players have had the honour of representing these two fine clubs.
