A late Harry Kane penalty meant that Tottenham’s third round tie with Leicester will go to a replay after an entertaining game at White Hart Lane.
It was Spurs who initially took the lead, when Christian Eriksen fired past Kasper Schmeichel in the 8th minute after the Leicester goalkeeper could only parry Nacer Chadli’s effort to the Danish midfielder.
However, Leicester fought back and were level when in the 19th minute, when Wasilewski, who had been booked for a wild tackle on Rose moments before, headed past Vorm in the Tottenham goal.
It stayed level early into the early stages of the second half, before in the 49th minute Shinji Okazaki made Kevin Wimmer and Michel Vorm pay for their poor defending when he put the visitors into a deserved lead.

Tottenham failed to pose any sort of attacking threat until Harry Kane was brought on in the 68th minute to replace Tom Carroll and the England forward gave Spurs a focal point they had been lacking all game.
The equalizer eventually came in controversial circumstances, when Nathan Dyer was correctly punished for a handball inside the penalty area after a driving run from Danny Rose. Once the Leicester players had stopped protesting the decision, Kane placed the ball on the spot and fired past Schmeichel to bring Spurs level.
In added time, Spurs had the opportunity to score a winner, but poor delivery from Christian Eriksen on both occasions meant that those opportunities came to nothing.
Spurs face Leicester again at White Hart Lane in the Premier League on Wednesday, before facing the Midlands side the following week at the King Power Stadium in the replay.
