Tottenham will face Hoffenheim at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 15 August in one of the final public checks of Roberto De Zerbi’s first pre-season.
Spurs have confirmed they will play the Bundesliga side in north London before a second behind-closed-doors fixture against the same opponents at the Training Centre the following day.
Tottenham’s announcement added the Hoffenheim matches to a summer programme that already includes MK Dons, Auckland FC, Sydney FC and Chelsea.
Adult tickets for the stadium friendly are priced at £20, with children’s tickets available for £5. The fixture comes eight days before Tottenham open their Premier League season away to Brentford.

Fernandes’ arrival should make the Hoffenheim match a useful first look at how Tottenham’s midfield is starting to change.
Hoffenheim should also provide proper opposition. They finished fifth in the Bundesliga last season and qualified for the Europa League, so Spurs should face a side capable of testing their build-up, spacing and defensive organisation.

The result will not define Tottenham’s season. The performance may still offer early clues.
Supporters will want to see a clearer structure, especially if Fernandes features and Tonali has completed his move by then.
With Brentford waiting on 22 August, the Hoffenheim friendly gives De Zerbi one of his last chances to test his new-look squad in front of the home crowd.
