Tottenham simply can’t afford any more injuries, but recent rumours about Randal Kolo Muani caused an uproar on social media.
Roberto De Zerbi already lost Xavi Simons and Dominic Solanke vs Wolves, while a handful of other key players are long-term absentees.
With just four games to go to secure survival, the Italian needs every last member of his Tottenham squad to stand up and be counted.
And now, Matt Law has allayed fears of an injury to Kolo Muani.
Kolo Muani fit and firing
Yesterday, rumours on social media suggested Kolo Muani had fallen prey to Tottenham’s injury luck.
Not a lot of reports emerged, but it still caused quite the stir as De Zerbi simply doesn’t have enough attackers to work with.
However, Law has confirmed that Kolo Muani is fit and will be available for the Premier League clash against Aston Villa.
Alasdair Gold, another reliable journalist from the Tottenham brigade, has also doubled down on these claims.

Gold wrote on X: “No issue for Randal Kolo Muani and he’s expected to be available to face Villa this weekend.
“Suggestions of a hamstring injury are believed to be wide of the mark.”
If Kolo Muani was indeed injured, De Zerbi would have been left with just Richarlison and Mathys Tel in attack, which would have been a grave situation.
Kolo Muani to start vs Aston Villa
While his current form doesn’t warrant a start, Kolo Muani is expected to lead the line vs Unai Emery’s side.
He has just one Premier League goal to his name this season, but notched up four in the UEFA Champions League under Thomas Frank and Igor Tudor.
The Frenchman is set to return to PSG at the end of the season when his loan deal expires but could return to England shortly. Liverpool have been linked with a move for Kolo Muani as they look to reinforce their attack in the summer transfer window.
His loan spell at Hotspur Way hasn’t worked out, but the attacker could yet play an important role for the club in the four games that remain.
De Zerbi praised Kolo Muani after the game against Wolves, describing him as a useful player who is just devoid of confidence.
And if he comes big in the weeks ahead, he will finish his rather underwhelming loan spell with a flourish.
