# Tottenham transfer news as £20m deal for attacker expected to be agreed quickly

**Tottenham Hotspur are currently focused on fine-tuning their squad.**

Mikey Moore is in talks to sign for Koln on loan, while Mason Melia has agreed a deal to join Championship side Lincoln City for the forthcoming season.

Another attacker who could be on his way out of the club is Manor Solomon. Despite his performances in pre-season, it appears as if he has no future at the club under Roberto De Zerbi.

Yesterday, [we relayed claims on Read Tottenham that West Ham are looking to sign Solomon](https://readtottenham.com/2026/08/03/tottenham-transfer-news-manor-solomon-west-ham-united/).

And now, if reports from England are to be believed, Hull City are also in the running to sign the 27-year-old.

## Hull City enter Manor Solomon race

According to [iPaper](https://inews.co.uk/sport/football/hull-city-west-ham-tottenham-transfer-manor-solomon-4686464), Hull have entered the race for the attacker as they aim to have a strong squad to attack the Premier League.

The report mentions that the Tigers want to do a deal quickly and are willing to pay around £20m, which would represent a good fee for Solomon.

Reports of Solomon’s departure are gaining momentum and this is certainly good news for Tottenham.

With several attackers missing, his performances in pre-season put him in the shop window.

And now, potential suitors are queuing up as expected, with West Ham and Hull City expected to go head to head for his signature.
