# Some Tottenham fans take a light-hearted dig at Liverpool’ Super Cup win

“It’s taller and shinier – I like it” – A lot of Tottenham Hotspur fans are claiming that the Audi Cup is a bigger trophy than the European Super Cup.

This is totally an attempt to tease some Liverpool fans who are celebrating their [European Super Cup](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49332825)victory.

The Reds beat Chelsea [5-4 on penalties](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49332825) and a lot of Spurs fans have claimed that their [Audi Cup](https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/9628034/tottenham-hotspur-bayern-munich-audi-cup-final-penalties-lamela-eriksen/) win in pre-season was a better achievement.

Spurs beat both[Bayern Munich](https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/9628034/tottenham-hotspur-bayern-munich-audi-cup-final-penalties-lamela-eriksen/) and [Real Madrid](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49169688) in the Allianz Arena and though it was only a pre-season tournament, Tottenham took a[lot of positives](https://www.thesun.co.uk/sport/football/9628034/tottenham-hotspur-bayern-munich-audi-cup-final-penalties-lamela-eriksen/) from their performances.

However, in an attempt to annoy many Liverpool supporters a few Spurs fans are adamant that the Audi Cup is a more important trophy than the Super Cup.

See the best of the reaction below.

These Spurs fans are hoping that their actions will annoy some Liverpool fans and they are anticipating some reaction from the red half of Liverpool.
