# Erik Lamela’s five best moments for Tottenham

What a difference two-and-a-half years makes.

Tottenham’s record signing Erik Lamela couldn’t have made a worse introduction to life at White Hart Lane following his move from AS Roma in 2013.

The £30 million man suffered with poor form and long-term injuries in his first season at the club, before frustrating fans with his decision-making and final ball.

Now though, he’s an integral part of the Tottenham team that stands to challenge the likes of Arsenal, Manchester City and Leicester City for a first title since 1961.

The Argentine’s resurgence in a lilywhite shirt has taken many by surprise and to acknowledge Lamela’s renaissance under Mauricio Pochettino, here are his top five moments in a Spurs shirt.
